Our navigation team reviews your request, checks bed availability, and matches you to partner resources.
3. You get contacted
We reach out with openings and warm referrals. If nothing is open, you stay on the waiting list.
4. Placement & follow-up
We help you complete intake and keep checking in until you're connected and stable.
